Ingredients

For the Steak

• 500 g (1 lb) ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
• 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (6 g / 0.2 oz)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

For the Alfredo Sauce

• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (45 g)
• 4 cloves garlic, minced (12 g / 0.4 oz)
• 1½ cups heavy cream (360 ml)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g / 1.75 oz)
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
• Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Pasta

• 340 g (12 oz) fettuccine or your favorite pasta
• Optional garnish: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes
