• 240 ml fresh orange juice (1 cup)
• Zest of 1 orange (about 1 tablespoon / 6 g)
• 120 g fresh or frozen cranberries (1 cup / 4.2 oz)
• 60 ml honey or maple syrup (¼ cup)
• 15 ml soy sauce or tamari (1 tablespoon)
• 10 ml apple cider vinegar (2 teaspoons)
• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped (optional)
