Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 3 mild Italian sausages, out of casing or ground
  • ½ yellow onion, chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 jars (about 48 oz / 1.4 L) of your favorite pasta sauce
  • Chopped curly parsley, for garnish
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
