Ingredients

  • 2 bags broccoli florets (steamable bags, approx. 12–16 oz / 340–450 g each)

Cheese & Butter:

  • 2 × 8 oz (225 g) cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 3 sticks (340 g) unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Seasoning:

  • Old Bay seasoning, to taste
  • Parsley flakes, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
