Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 9–10 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded rotisserie chicken (or leftovers)
- 1 cup (250 g) ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
