  • 2 cups oat flour (200 g / 7 oz)

  • 6 tablespoons liquid milk (90 ml / 3 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g / 0.2 oz)
For the Stuffing
  • 200 g zero-sugar dulce de leche (I used Vitao brand)
For the Ganache
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 100 g milk cream
