• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (393 g / 13.8 oz)
• 300 ml very cold heavy cream
• 5 g unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 5 tablespoons very hot water
• 100 g chocolate chips
For the chocolate coating:
• 350 g chocolate couverture (chocolate coating)
• 250 ml hot cream (1 cup)
