- 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
- 1 cup (240 ml) Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup (100 g) dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed thyme
- 5 lb (2.27 kg) pork loin roast, boned and rolled
Glaze
- 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon (8 g) cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) Coca-Cola
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
