Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) warm water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) sliced pepperoni or cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) sautéed vegetables, optional (mushrooms, peppers, onions)

Topping / Finish:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Dried oregano or Italian seasoning for garnish
