- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (320 g / 11 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml / 0.2 oz)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g / 0.2 oz)
Filling
- 1 cup cold milk (240 ml / 8 oz)
- 1 bag whipped cream (approx. 200–250 ml / 7–8 oz)
Topping
- 80 g melted chocolate (2.8 oz)
