- 16 oz (450 g) lo mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
- 2 pounds (900 g) flank steak, skirt steak, or flap steak, cut against the grain into 1-inch strips
- 2 teaspoons (12 g) kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) black pepper
- 2 cups (150 g) snow peas
- 1 cup (120 g) carrots, cut into matchsticks or shredded
- 1 cup (120 g) bean sprouts
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ head green cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
- ½ cup (50 g) sliced green onion
