Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add snow peas, carrots, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, and cabbage. Cook until vegetables are tender and beef is fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables. Cook 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until fully combined and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
