Ingredients

For the Biscuit Base:

  • 200g digestive biscuits (or your favorite plain biscuits)
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 300g full-fat cream cheese
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 200ml double cream (heavy cream)
  • 3-4 Crunchie bars, roughly crushed

For the Decoration:

  • 50g milk chocolate, melted
  • Whipped cream
  • Extra Crunchie bars, broken into pieces
  • Optional: bronze sprinkles
