Ingredients
For the Salad:
• 70 g (2.5 oz) crab meat or imitation crab sticks
• 120 g (1 cup) kelp noodles, chopped (or rice noodles)
• ½ large carrot, julienned
• 1 large cucumber, julienned
• 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp (8 g) black sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp (14 g) panko breadcrumbs or keto breadcrumbs
For the Dressing:
• 90 g (¼ cup + 2 tbsp) mayonnaise
• 5 ml (1 tsp) sriracha
• 2.5 g (½ tsp) sugar or sugar substitute
