Ingredients
For the Dough:
• 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
• 25 g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
• 12 g (1 tbsp) baking powder
• 3 g (½ tsp) salt
• 180 ml (¾ cup) whole milk
• 60 ml (¼ cup) melted butter
• 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
For the Filling:
• 70 g (⅓ cup) brown sugar
• 5 g (2 tsp) ground cinnamon
• 45 g (3 tbsp) softened butter
For the Frosting:
• 113 g (4 oz) cream cheese
• 30 g (2 tbsp) butter
• 90 g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
• 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
• 15–30 ml (1–2 tbsp) milk (optional)
