Cinnamon Rolls (No Yeast!)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla; mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead gently 4–5 times, then roll into a 25×30 cm (10×12 inch) rectangle.
  5. Spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly.
  6. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 9–10 rolls.
  7. Arrange rolls in dish and bake 20–24 minutes.
  8. Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla to make frosting.
  9. Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
