Quick & Easy Seafood Salad
Introduction
This seafood salad is fast, flavorful, and looks like it took much longer to prepare than it actually did! Perfect for a light lunch, appetizer, or sandwich filling, it combines tender imitation crab, crisp celery, and a creamy, zesty dressing with a hint of dill and Old Bay seasoning. Serve it on a crusty baguette, with crackers, or even in lettuce cups—everyone will think you spent hours in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 16 oz (450 g) imitation crab meat, preferably flaked style
- ½ cup celery, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp red onion, very finely diced
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried dill)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
