Quick & Easy Seafood Salad

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab, celery, red onion, Old Bay, lemon juice, mayonnaise, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently toss everything together until the crab and vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

  • Pile onto a crusty baguette with lettuce for a delicious sandwich.
  • Scoop into butter lettuce cups for a light, elegant appetizer.
