Ingredients
For the Meat Sauce:
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) oil
- 1 cup (240 ml) red wine or beef stock
- 750 g (1 2/3 pounds) minced meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons BBQ spice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lasagne sheets
- 2 cups (300 g) cooked creamy spinach
For the White Sauce (Cheese Sauce):
- 5 tablespoons (70 g) butter
- 4 tablespoons (30 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tins (approximately 700 ml total) evaporated milk
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cups (200 g) grated cheddar cheese
