Custard Cream:

  • 250 ml milk (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 vanilla pod, seeds scraped (or 1 tsp vanilla extract / 5 ml)
  • 60 g granulated sugar (¼ cup)
  • 30 g cornstarch (2 ½ tbsp)

Tools:

  • Aluminum foil strips or cannoli molds (small curls)
  • Pastry bag for filling
