Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. The dough will be very soft—this is normal.
- Gently knead and fold the dough a few times until it is fully coated with the baking mix. Avoid overworking the dough to keep the biscuits tender.
- Pat the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) thickness. Use a round biscuit or cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
- Melt the butter in the bottom of a cookie sheet or a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) casserole dish. Place the cut biscuits on top of the melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm for the best buttery, fluffy experience.
