7 Up Biscuits

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. The dough will be very soft—this is normal.
  3. Gently knead and fold the dough a few times until it is fully coated with the baking mix. Avoid overworking the dough to keep the biscuits tender.
  4. Pat the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) thickness. Use a round biscuit or cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
  5. Melt the butter in the bottom of a cookie sheet or a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) casserole dish. Place the cut biscuits on top of the melted butter.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve warm for the best buttery, fluffy experience.
