Directions
- Press the crushed tennis biscuits into an even layer at the bottom of a deep microwave-safe dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk and plain double cream yoghurt until smooth. Carefully pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Microwave on high for 5–6 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then refrigerate until completely chilled.
