Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Stir in corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix until evenly combined.
- Spread crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the beef mixture over the tortilla chips and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with optional toppings as desired.
