Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, sautรฉ chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli, peppers, and green beans until tender-crisp. Add garlic, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar, stirring to coat. Return chicken to the pan, toss everything together, and serve over a bed of warm rice. Sprinkle chili flakes for heat if desired.
Notes & Variations:
Swap chicken for shrimp or tofu, add mushrooms or snap peas, or use quinoa instead of rice for extra protein.
