Tuscan Chicken with Creamy Broccoli Alfredo Penne

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Penne & Broccoli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions.

During the last 3 minutes, add broccoli florets to the pot.

Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Season chicken strips with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Add minced garlic and remaining butter; stir for 30 seconds.

Remove chicken and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth.

Add chili flakes if desired.

Step 4: Combine & Serve
Add cooked penne, broccoli, and chicken into the sauce.

Toss everything until well coated.

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
