Instructions:
1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt and pepper and sear until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3. Melt remaining butter in skillet, add garlic, and sauté 1 minute.
4. Pour in heavy cream and add all cheeses; stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
5. Add tortellini and steak bites to skillet; toss gently to coat.
6. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
