Southern Fried Bologna Sandwich

Instructions:

Fry the Bologna: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Make small slits around the edges of each bologna slice to prevent curling. Add butter to the skillet and fry the bologna until golden and crispy on both sides.

Toast the Buns: In the same skillet, lightly toast the insides of the buns until golden.

Assemble the Sandwich: Place a slice of fried bologna on the bottom bun, add a slice of cheddar cheese, and top with lettuce. Add mustard, mayo, or pickles if desired.

Serve: Place the top bun and enjoy while warm.
