Slow Cooker Sausage & Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds of fully cooked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
