Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours, stirring halfway through, until hot and creamy.

Stir well before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Optional Add-Ins:
  • Cooked crumbled bacon
  • Diced bell peppers or jalapenos
  • Chopped scallions or chives
  • Chili powder, smoked paprika
  • Hot sauce or pickapeppa sauce

Notes:

  • Can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd. Just use a larger slow cooker.
  • You may need to add a bit more cream if it gets too thick after cooking.
  • Leftovers keep well refrigerated for 3-4 days. Reheat gently before serving.
