Ingredients
01 8 oz rotini, penne, or preferred pasta
02 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 1 cup crab meat
04 1/2 cup chopped celery
05 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
06 1/4 cup diced red onion
07 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 2 tbsp lemon juice
09 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
10 Salt and pepper to taste
11 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
12 Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Step 01
Follow package directions to cook the pasta. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt the cooking process.
Step 02
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shrimp, crab meat, celery, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Toss gently to mix.
Step 03
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 04
Pour the dressing over the pasta and seafood mixture. Sprinkle in the fresh dill and toss until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Step 05
Serve the pasta salad chilled with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus flavor.
Notes
Cook pasta al dente so it holds up well in the salad.
Fresh seafood adds the best flavor, but frozen or canned can be used as an alternative.
Adjust seasonings to taste, adding extra lemon juice or more dill as preferred.
