Cook the Chicken
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
Sauté for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden. Remove to a plate.
Prepare Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the chicken broth and simmer for 1 minute, scraping up any browned bits.
Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Assemble the Wraps
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave.
Place a handful of spinach in the center of each wrap.
Top with cooked chicken, a spoonful of garlic cream sauce, and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.
Serve
Roll the wraps tightly. Slice in half if desired.
Serve warm, with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
