Ingredients
→ Main Ingredients
- 01 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
- 02 12 ounces deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 03 1/2 cup Arby's original sauce or barbecue sauce
- 04 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- 05 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 06 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 07 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 08 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
Steps
Step 01
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 02
Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and use a serrated knife to cut them in half horizontally. Arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Step 03
Place the sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
Step 04
Spread the Arby's sauce (or barbecue sauce) evenly over the meat.
Step 05
Spoon dollops of cheddar cheese sauce onto each individual slider and spread evenly. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
Step 06
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 07
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top.
Step 08
Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 12-14 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Step 09
Serve the sliders warm with extra Arby's or barbecue sauce on the side.
Tips
- You can use regular slices of cheddar cheese instead of cheese sauce, or substitute with a different cheese variety.
- Hawaiian rolls work best, but brioche or potato buns are suitable alternatives.
- If everything bagel seasoning is unavailable, mix poppy seeds with sesame seeds. Adding flaky salt, black pepper, dried onion, and dried garlic is also an option.
