Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli: Prepare the ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  6. Finish with herbs and cheese: Stir in fresh basil, parsley, and grated Parmesan. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve: Plate the ravioli and vegetables, topping with additional Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
