Instructions:
Cook Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer (do not boil).
Add Cheese:
Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta & Sauce:
Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Let it simmer together for 1–2 minutes.
Serve:
Plate immediately. Garnish with chopped parsley or additional Parmesan if desired.”
