1. Prepare the Beef Filling:

- – Whisk in the all-purpose flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- – Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and thickened.

- – Add the paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Keep the sauce warm.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
- – Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- – Spread a portion of the beef filling down the center of each tortilla.
- – Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
- – Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños (if using), sour cream, and sliced green onions (if using).
- – Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.
