Instructions:
In a medium-sized pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the bay leaves, guava leaves, and turmeric.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes.
If using fresh noni fruit, mash it and strain the juice into the mixture. If using noni juice, add it after removing the pot from heat.
Let the tonic cool slightly, then strain it into a glass or jar.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Storage Tip:
Store any remaining tonic in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before each use.
