- 07 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 01
Preheat oven to 425°F.

Bake the French fries on a sheet pan for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.

Transfer the baked fries to an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, then top with cooked ground beef.

Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
