Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy and smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips. Reserve about 1/2 cup (90 g) to sprinkle on top.
  6. Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chopped Kinder Bueno bars over the dough, then top with the remaining cookie dough, spreading it gently. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cookie pie is golden brown and slightly firm in the center. Be careful not to overbake, as you want it soft and chewy.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes before slicing.
  9. Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate or Nutella over the top and sprinkle with crushed Kinder Bueno pieces for extra indulgence.
