Preparation:
In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté beef until browned, then remove from pan.
In the same pan, cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp.
Return beef to the pan, stir everything together, and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
Serve hot over rice.
