Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix oats, yogurt, milk, egg, honey, vanilla, and baking powder in a bowl.
Pour half the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Add blueberries and cream cheese pieces.
Top with remaining oat mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Notes
Use gluten-free oats if needed.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
