Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Stir well.
- Add the warm water and oil, then mix with a spoon until a rough dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5–7 minutes, until smooth and stretchy.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Season the chicken with ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, seasoning cubes, and chili pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the chicken until cooked, then cut into small pieces.
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a flat circle and place it on a pizza pan. Use a fork to poke small holes to prevent bubbles.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the dough. Add red bell pepper, chicken pieces, and cheese. Repeat the toppings if you want extra flavor.
- Brush the edges of the dough lightly with oil for a golden crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
