Home-Style Beef & Onion Skillet with Creamy Potatoes

👉 Directions:

1. Cook the Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender. Drain, mash with butter and milk, then season to taste. Set aside.

2. Sear the Beef:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef chunks, season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

3. Cook Onions:
In the same skillet, sauté onions until soft and golden. Add garlic and paprika, cook for 1 more minute.

4. Simmer:
Return beef to skillet. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until beef is tender and sauce reduces slightly.

5. Serve:
Spoon the beef and onion mixture over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. Garnish with chives or parsley if desired.
