Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, soft cream cheese, salt, grated hash browns, and grated cheddar cheese until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter, making sure they’re uniform in size for even cooking.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the hash brown balls evenly on the tray.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, turning once halfway if desired for extra crispiness.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
