🇩🇪 German Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Instructions:

1️⃣ Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until soft.

2️⃣ Mix beef, rice, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3️⃣ Place filling in the center of each leaf and roll tightly.

4️⃣ Heat oil in a large pot and sear the rolls lightly.

5️⃣ Pour tomato sauce over rolls, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.

6️⃣ Serve hot with extra sauce on top.
