Garlic Toast Pizza

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to the temperature recommended on your garlic toast package (usually about 425°F / 220°C).
  2. Pre-Bake Toast: Place the garlic toast slices on a baking sheet and bake for 3–4 minutes, just until they begin to crisp slightly.
  3. Add Sauce: Remove from the oven and spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over each slice.
  4. Add Cheese & Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella on top, then add your favorite toppings.
  5. Bake Again: Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Finish: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if you like, and serve immediately.

Tips & Variations

  • Extra Crispy: Broil for the last 1 minute for golden cheese.
  • White Pizza: Skip the red sauce and use Alfredo or garlic cream.
  • Veggie Version: Add spinach, tomatoes, onions, or mushrooms.
  • Kid-Friendly: Let kids build their own mini pizzas!

Storage

Best served fresh, but leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in an air fryer or oven to stay crisp.
