Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and position a rack in the middle of the oven.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place chicken wings in a baking dish, sprinkle with the spice mixture, and coat evenly. Drizzle olive oil over the wings.
- Bake for 45 minutes, turning once halfway through if desired, until wings are cooked through and golden.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small pot over low heat, melt the butter, then add garlic and parsley. Stir until garlic is fragrant and remove from heat.
- Once the wings are done, remove from oven and pour the garlic sauce over them. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the wings are crispy and the cheese is lightly browned.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
