Garlic Parmesan Wings (Crispy And Baked)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and position a rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place chicken wings in a baking dish, sprinkle with the spice mixture, and coat evenly. Drizzle olive oil over the wings.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, turning once halfway through if desired, until wings are cooked through and golden.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small pot over low heat, melt the butter, then add garlic and parsley. Stir until garlic is fragrant and remove from heat.
  6. Once the wings are done, remove from oven and pour the garlic sauce over them. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the wings are crispy and the cheese is lightly browned.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
