Garlic Cheese Pull-Apart Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven, grill, or air fryer to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and parsley to ensure even distribution of flavor.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the milk cream, cream cheese, garlic, grated cheese, mozzarella, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Slice the bread about 1–2 inches apart, being careful not to cut all the way through so the loaf stays intact.
  5. Using a knife or spatula, spread the cheese and garlic mixture evenly between each slice, making sure it reaches the bottom.
  6. Wrap the loaf in foil if desired, or leave it open depending on your preferred cooking method.
  7. Bake or air fry for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For extra golden edges, uncover the bread for the last 3–5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pull apart slices and enjoy the creamy, cheesy, garlicky goodness.
