Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the French bread loaf lengthwise and arrange both halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine softened salted butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until well blended.

Evenly spread the flavored butter mixture across both bread halves. Distribute shredded Colby Jack and mozzarella cheese generously on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp. For a more caramelized top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes if desired.

Garnish hot garlic bread with freshly chopped parsley before slicing and serving.

Notes

  1. Allow bread to cool slightly before slicing to maintain clean edges.
