Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough or puff pastry onto the prepared cookie sheet. Brush evenly with melted butter.
- Sprinkle provolone, Parmesan, dried basil, and garlic salt evenly over the dough.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough lengthwise into 12 long strips. Then cut each strip in half to make 24 smaller strips. Do not separate the strips yet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until light golden brown.
- Remove from oven and recut along each strip to separate the breadsticks. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
