Easy Air Fryer Shrimp

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers or place them directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t fall through the grates.
  5. Cook shrimp for 7–8 minutes, or until they are no longer translucent and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Serve hot as a main dish or appetizer.
